A truly magnificent 18th century oak campaign
or travellers liquor box. The corners brass mounted
and brass inset carrying handles. Possibly Dutch
The veloured interior fitted around a centre
lift up tray (see below ) fitted with four pairs of
gilded clear blown glass bottles. Each pair with
differing gilded patterns and all with original scalloped
disc stoppers. A pair of facetted and gilded tumblers and
three smaller gilded tumblers.  The ccntre  lift up tray
containing twelve (12) liquer glasses.
Fitted key

Absolutely wonderful condition and probably unused.
Unfortunately on of the larger bottles had suffered a
broken neck, not affecting the stopper.  The neck and the
associated gilding has been renewed and blown by a
high quality glass restorer such that it is difficult to tell,
just a small area of gilt rub
